How we pick & pack your plants
We handpick every order; we will pick the best plants from our stock. Your plants will be removed from their pots and separated from their potting mix. All plants are sent bare-rooted with no pots or potting mix.
We pack all orders by hand, taking great care. The plants are wrapped individually and surrounded with 100% biodegradable packing peanuts. We will include an identification tag per plant.
We care about your order and want you to be happy with it - after all, we love succulents as much as you do.
How will my plants be shipped?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $16.00, regardless of the size of your order.
Orders are shipped every Monday/Tuesday using Australia Post - Express Post. This ensures that your plants make it to you as fast as possible.
Tracking numbers will be provided so you can look out for your new arrivals. Orders generally take between 2-5 business days to arrive.
Please note - unfortunately, we do not ship to WA, NT and TAS due to quarantine restrictions.
When will my plants be sent?
Your plants will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible, with minimal transit times and weekend delays.
Please note that our shipping cut-off time is 1 pm every Friday AEST.
If you place your order before the cut-off time, your plants will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
However, if you place your order after the cut-off time, it will be held over and shipped on the Monday or Tuesday of the subsequent week.
If you live in Mudgee, we offer free delivery every Monday.
